Where are your products shipped from?
All of our products are shipped from the USA by a small team of passionate creators and manufacturers using imported high quality polyester fabric. This is important to us as the result is a consistently higher quality product with a faster turnaround from production to delivery that we can be proud of, and we believe you will see the difference too. 

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are only shipping to the United States. The reason for this is we are a small business and believe in only delivering to certain areas if we can ensure to the best of our ability a fast and affordable method of delivering our products in a reliable way. It is our aim to gradually enable shipping to countries such as Australia, UK, Europe, etc.

When will my order ship?
As our products are handmade to order, we aim to have your new product made and out the door within 3-5 days.

We aim to achieve a timeframe of 7-15 days for delivery.
• Please note that due to covid 19 it is possible that delivery times may vary from time to time in certain areas.

How can I track my order?
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has been made and shipped, you will then receive your tracking information (usually within 3-5 business days) but please allow a few days for the tracking information to update.

What is your return/refund policy?
We have a 30-day return/refund policy from date of purchase which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return. 

Refunds/returns are assessed on an individual basis. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Support@VisionaryTapestries.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Be sure to select your product size carefully as we can't accept returns for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
